With subacidity, this product can be reacted into related metal salt with alkaline matter such as  sodium hydroxide.
This product can be reacted into insoluble heavy metal salt with heavy metals.
This product can be oxidized into bisulfide by oxidant, and reduced into 2-Ethylhexyl Thioglycolate by reducing agent.
Main uses:
Used as important intermediates in pesticide, medicine, organic synthesis, fine chemical; main material for producing mercaptan tin, mercaptan antimony; used as thermal stabilizer for polyolefin; catalyst for bisphenol A.
